Overhead rail transport system
The operator quickly transports the product tothe required area by means of a sliding trolleyon the overhead rail. The whole process isrationally designed, and the freezing room,drying chamber and product pallet loading andunloading areas are connected by the overheadrail, forming a close production process, savinglabor and time.
Product freezing system
Products are quickly frozen in the freezingroom, and a 6-8 hour preparation shift canprovide enough freeze-dried products for 24hours. Freezing adopts the principle of "first in,first out".
Drying sublimation system
Automatic control of drying cycle for each batch.Just close the door of the drying chamber, setthe process parameters and press the startbutton to enter the drying process, minimizingmanual intervention and supervision.
Heat supply system
The controlled temperature range from roomtemperature to 90°C is precisely monitored andcontrolled to optimize the drying process.
Vacuum system
High efficiency, high flow vacuum pumpstypically reach the required vacuum level inless than 15 minutes. For products with a lowfreezing point, even more precise control ispossible.
Refrigerationg system
Adoption of industrial compressor with highefficiency cooling. When multiple units areoperated in parallel, each condenser canshare a common system, staggered operation,significant energy saving.
De-icing system
By using water flushing batch type ice melting,utilizing the batch interval time, the ice meltingwill be finished in about 40min without takingup the drying time. The water flushing de-icingsystem is low cost and easy to operate.
Control system
Advanced PLC industrial control system, supportmanual/automatic switching, with real-timeoperation parameter control and process curveprinting function, all data can be stored andretrieved. The control system can ensure that thefreezing, drying and related heating, vacuum andcooling systems work efficiently and harmoniously,so that the machine is in the best operatingcondition.
